So Cal – Corona & Pomona Community Clinic, seeks a Family Physician, for two nearby Inland Empire Clinics. Join this organization with a long history of providing culturally competent and age-appropriate Medical Services to low-income and medically underserved residents of Pomona and Corona. Clinic also provides dental and mental health. Operates under the Patient Centered Medical Home model, 100% Outpatient. The average patient consensus is 16 to 20 Patients contacts a day, Full time or Part-time options, Flexible schedule, Clinic hours are 8 to 5.

• Salary is $250K to $364K (BOE)
