Family Practitioner
Wanted to join a Sacramento Metropolitan Multispecialty group. Join this group of Century old, 150+ providers organization that prides itself in outstanding Patient care and strong retention. The FM team comprised of 14 physicians /10 APPs. Area has a diverse Patient population, the average 20 -25 patients per day. Typical FM outpatient procedures are preferred. Payer Mix includes HMO, PPO, Fee for service, Hospitalists on staff, call is 1:18 EMR system is Cerner, and Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin language skills are a plus, BC /BE.
Generous Compensation packet includes:
- Salary guarantee of $312K for 18 months then productivity model
- Signing bonus - $85K (with student loan option) / without student loan - $125K
- Student loan repayment – $100K
- Relocation assistance – up to $20k
- Residency Stipend - $18K (contract must be fully executed while a resident)
- Medical/dental/vision covered at a 100% by the group (HMO plan)
- 401K - employee can contribute day 1 – matching after 1 year of employment
- Employment with shareholder track. (2 years)
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
