Bread and Butter Primary Care Physician for a San Fernando Valley FQHC, Join this organization with a long history of providing culturally competent and age-appropriate medical, dental, and mental health services to low-income and medically underserved residents of the eastern San Gabriel Valley group operates under a Patient Centered Medical Home model, 100% Outpatient; average patient consensus is 16 to 20 Patients contacts a day, Mon – Fri - 40-hour week

- Salary is $250K to $300K (BOE)
