8-12 hours care-based with a 40-60 hours per week 2 Hospital and a Surgery Centers (when they open late 2022/early 2023). Cases include General Surgery, Ortho, OB, Spine or Neuro Both day and night shifts, Full-time, Part-Time and Per Diem, With Call shifts 12 or 24 hours, call is 1 in 4 (which will decrease as surgery centers open), bot 1st and Second Call, Independent Contractor – 1099
