· Salary is $220K -$250K DOE

Hollywood, Central and Southwest Los Angeles FQHCs, Join this organization with a long history of providing culturally competent and age-appropriate medical, dental, and mental health services to low-income and medically underserved residents of Hollywood and surrounding area, operating under a Patient Centered Medical Home model, 100% Outpatient, average patient consensus is 16 to 20 Patients contacts a day, Mon – Fri - 40 hour week
