Industrial and Primary Care. Perform the Treatment & management of workers compensation injuries/illnesses. The staff includes Physical Therapists with SOTA physical therapy equipment. Duties include: Pre-employment physicals, DMV and DOT Physicals, drug and medical tests Breath alcohol tests, Urine drug screen with and without alcohol, Audiograms & Spirometry, Knowledge and/or experience with, RTW exams, FFD, PR-2, PR-4 reports are desirable. Mon – Fri will consider a 4-day work week, Spanish is a plus
